My Easter stay at this hotel was a great experience. The location was perfect, right in the heart of a beautiful town with many temples and shops. I really enjoyed the daily procession of the local monks near the hotel. The rooms were cozy and quiet, providing for a comfortable sleep. the breakfast was delicious and offered many different options to choose from.
Although my stay at the hotel was overall enjoyable, I did feel that the rooms and facilities could use some upgrading. The bathroom seemed outdated, and the furniture was a bit old as well.

Our royal suite at Villa Santi (one of three available) was very comfortable , the hotel is so close to all amenities and attractions of the town as well as convenient to tours, restaurants etc. Walking distance to almost everything. The hotel staff are all very friendly , helpful and natural, which is like a breath of fresh air compared to other Asian destinations. A very good hotel and well worth another visit as soon as possible. Highly recommended.

The hotel is very conveniently located in the center of old town with most places to see almost within walking distance. Plenty of nice places to eat nearby. Amongst choices available, it is one of the better hotels and comparatively reasonably priced. Nice charm about the hotel. Hotel staff helpful and friendly.

I liked very much the location of the Hotel as it is right in the centre of the old city and close to shops, markets and all the major sites. The colonial architecture of the hotel blended very well with the atmophere of the rest of Luang Prabang.
The breakfast was a little scarse

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel in Luang Prabang. The location couldn't have been better - right in the center of the old town and within walking distance of all the main attractions. Being in the UNESCO Heritage area added a touch of charm to my stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, offering an upgrade to a stunning suite with a separate shower. The room itself was spacious and beautifully furnished, with excellent lighting. I also appreciated the comfortable seating areas in the lobby and the garden, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Another highlight was the delicious breakfast served on the balcony, overlooking the streetscape. The hotel's amenities, such as room service and a swimming pool, enhanced my comfort and convenience.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends.

Great location in the heart of the city centre, with plentiful restaurants and shops nearby. the breakfast offered a range of delicious options, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. Enjoyed the peaceful gardens within the hotel to relax in between exploring the city.
The room was a little outdated and could do with some maintenance. the bathroom had a musty smell and the shower had poor water pressure.
